Is Swiss CellVibe treatment right for me?

Swiss CellVibe® treatment is dedicated to all women who suffer from cellulite, regardless of the severity of their cellulite, their weight, height, BMI, morphotype or age (as long as you are above the age of majority).

It is also recommended for women who are seeking a method to improve the elasticity and firmness of their skin. The Swiss CellVibe®  treatment  is however not a weight loss solution.

Swiss CellVibe® treatment should only be administered to individuals who do not present any of the following contraindications:

Contraindications:

  1. You are pregnant
  2. You have a blood-clotting disorder (incl.local thrombosis such as varicose veins)
  3. You are receiving a treatment with oral anticoagulants
  4. You are receiving cortisone injections
  5. You suffer from cancer or local tumors (including malignant moles)
  6. You suffer from local bacterial and/or viral infections
  7. You suffer from an inflammatory skin disease (such as eczema or psoriasis)
  8. You wear a pacemaker
  9. You have a buttock or calf silicone implant
  10. Hematomas are present in the treatments areas
  11. You suffer from pre-ruptured tendons in the treatment areas

Is SWISS CELLVIBE treatment safe?

Swiss CellVibe® is dedicated for the treatment of temporary reduction of the appearance of cellulite and improvement of the appearance of skin elasticity and firmness on the buttocks, thighs, calves and arms. Moreover, Swiss CellVibe® is the result of a decade of technological innovations and clinical research led by EMS on acoustic vibes (also widely known as extracorporeal radial shock wave therapy - RSWT®). Swiss CellVibe® treatment is safe and effective.

When administered properly, the Swiss CellVibe® treatment has minimal risks. The following typical device-related minor reactions may appear, and usually disappear within 36 hours after treatment:

  1. Discomfort or pain
  2. Reddening of the skin
  3. Petechia (tiny red, brown or purple pinpoint spots that commonly appear in clusters)
  4. Small hematomas
  5. Swelling and numbness of the skin in the treatments area

How long does a session last and how many sessions are required?

The lenght of your Swiss CellVibe® session may vary depending on the number of area being treated. Usually, the treatment of all the zones (buttocks, thighs, calves and arms) is performed in 30 min. The required number of Swiss CellVibe® sessions may vary depending on the severity of your cellulite. However, 8 sessions are usually indicated with Swiss CellVibe®, with a maximum of 2 sessions per week and an interval of 2 to 3 days apart each session.

When will I see the results?

After the first treatment session with Swiss CellVibe®, you may feel some soreness in the zones of treatment, as if you had been exercising. Usually after around the fourth session, you may start seing the first results on you skin. Full results will be reached after the completion of the whole sessions and may still improve in the following weeks after the last session.

Is the treatment painful?

Swiss CellVibe® treatment is virtually painless. The practitioner will set the parameters of the device depending on your comfort level so that none of the sessions are painful.
You may however feel some tickling or tingling during the sessions on the treatment zones.

Do I need to follow any specific recommandations after the treatment?

Swiss CellVibe® treatment is non-invasive, requires no medication, no anesthesia nor down-time, therefore you may resume your activities right after the session. It is recommended to increase the water intake after a Swiss CellVibe® session in order to help your body drain lipidic wastes. However, no supplements or pills are required after a session. Of course, taking a good care of yourself by watching your lifestyle will enhance Swiss CellVibe® results.
